Fenix HL60R is built as an all-season headlamp with an all-metal housing and premium aluminum body, featuring Micro-USB charging for easy top-ups on the go. It delivers up to 950 lumens with a max beam distance of 116 m (381 ft), and can run up to 100 hours on a single rechargeable 18650 Li-ion battery.

Lighting uses neutral white for improved color rendering, plus a dedicated red reading light. The side switch offers one-button control and mode changes. It is also rated for use underwater up to 2 meters, making it suitable for outdoor activities and night work.

How to Charge Connect the USB end to any USB power source → open the dust cover → plug the Micro-USB end into the headlamp charging port.
During charging, the two red LEDs flash together at 0.5Hz; when fully charged, the two red LEDs stay on.
Charging Time Approx. 4 hours to fully charge a Fenix ARB-L18-2600 18650 rechargeable Li-ion battery.
Top-Up Charging for Storage For stored headlamps, it’s recommended to top up the battery once every four months to maintain battery performance.
Battery Indicator (Light Off) With the light off, single-click the side switch; indicator lasts 3 seconds:
・White LED flashing: above 70%
・White LED and two red LEDs alternate flashing: 30%–70%
・Two red LEDs flashing: below 30%
Low-Voltage Warning (Light On) When battery is below 20%, the two red LEDs flash at 1Hz:
・In red-light mode: the two red LEDs flash as a warning
・In white-light mode: the two red LEDs flash together while the white light is on
