Shipping Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days and delivered within approximately 2-7 business days. If you do not receive your order within 7 business days after placing it, please contact us via email at contact@3armystore.com for assistance.
Shipping Fees
Orders shipped to Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan with a total payment of HKD 1000 or more are eligible for free shipping (one-time only).
For orders below HKD 1000 or shipped to regions outside Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan, customers are responsible for the shipping fees. These fees will not be charged by this website and must be paid directly to the third-party courier upon delivery (cash-on-delivery).
*** As we do not collect shipping fees on behalf of the courier, your invoice will display "Free / HKD 0" as the shipping fee. ***
Shipping Regions
For shipping addresses outside Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, or Mainland China, please contact us at contact@3armystore.com for arrangements.
Important Notes
Note 1: Customers must provide a clear and deliverable shipping address. If there are any changes to the address, please contact us immediately via email at contact@3armystore.com.
Note 2: Once the package arrives at the designated pick-up point, the recipient will receive a notification (via SMS) and must collect the package within the specified time frame (typically 24 hours). Please provide a valid phone number.
Note 3: If the package is not collected within the specified time frame, the courier will retrieve the package and contact the customer. Upon request, we can arrange for the package to be redelivered to a smart locker or redirected to another SF Express service point, such as an SF Station or SF Service Center. This will be treated as a new delivery, and the customer must bear the associated shipping costs.
Note 4: If the product requires customs clearance, procedures may vary by region. Customers must pay attention to and comply with local regulations. Any losses arising from customs clearance issues must be borne by the customer.
Note 5: For orders requiring air shipping, in compliance with aviation regulations, all products containing electronic batteries (e.g., quartz watches) will have their batteries removed prior to shipping. Customers will need to purchase and install batteries upon receipt.
The following information is typically required for customs clearance (for reference only):
Macau: Recipient's full name
Taiwan: Recipient's full name and ID number
Mainland China: Recipient's full name, ID number, and an uploaded copy of the ID on the SF Express website

Note 6: If the product cannot be successfully delivered or is delayed due to incomplete or incorrect address information, recipient details, or customs clearance issues, the customer is responsible for any resulting losses. We will attempt to contact the customer via email to obtain the necessary information. If we are unable to contact the customer within 21 days, or if the customer refuses to provide the required shipping or customs information, the order will be automatically canceled and will not be eligible for a refund.
