Refund policy

  1. All products sold are non-refundable.
  2. If the product purchased through this website is found to have visible damage upon receipt, the customer must contact us via email within 3 calendar days from the date of receipt. The email must include relevant proof of purchase and product details for further processing.
  3. We accept exchange requests only for products with visible damage at the time of receipt. (Note: All products are inspected prior to dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse exchange requests for products with minor imperfections or inconspicuous damage.)
  4. Each product is eligible for a one-time exchange only. Products that have already been exchanged are not eligible for further exchange or return.
  5. Apart from the reason stated in Clause 2, we reserve the right to reject any return or exchange requests under the following circumstances, including but not limited to:
    1. Requests submitted beyond the allowable return/exchange period.
    2. Products that have been used, washed, altered, or are missing components.
    3. Products with missing or damaged original packaging or accompanying items.
    4. Complimentary items, shopping bags, or packaging materials.
    5. Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or personal reasons.
    6. Products not provided or sold by us.
    7. Products without any quality-related issues.
    8. Products classified as personal items, food, or consumables.
    9. Color discrepancies caused by lighting, display settings, or individual perception.
  6. If the purchased product meets the conditions for exchange, we will contact the customer to arrange the necessary procedures. The customer must ensure that the provided contact information is accurate and valid. If we are unable to reach the customer, the exchange request will be automatically canceled after 5 calendar days.
  7. To qualify for a return or exchange, the customer must meet the following conditions:
    1. Retain all original product packaging, accessories (if any), proof of purchase, and warranty certificates (if any).
    2. Return the product within 7 calendar days of receipt.
  8. If the product to be exchanged is discontinued or out of stock, the customer may select a replacement product of equal or lesser value. If the replacement product is of greater value, the customer must pay the difference.
  9. Products returned without prior authorization may be refused. The customer shall be liable for any resulting losses or costs, including shipping and handling fees.
  10. The customer shall be liable for any losses or costs resulting from the provision of incorrect information, such as undeliverable return shipments.
  11. The customer assumes all risks associated with shipping. We are not responsible for any damages or loss incurred during transit. Customers are advised to use reputable courier services.
  12. The customer is responsible for any costs or losses arising from import/export duties or customs clearance processes.
  13. In the event of a dispute, we reserve the right to make the final decision.
  14. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice to comply with business or legal requirements.
