Q: Why does it show “Free Shipping” at checkout even if I didn't meet the threshold?
A: We use freight collect (pay on delivery) via SF Express. This means we don't charge any shipping fees during checkout. Even if your order doesn't qualify for free shipping, the checkout page may still show "Free Shipping" because the courier collects the fee later.
